The Ladies Auxiliary of the Orchard Beach Volunteer Fire Company, the Anne Arundel County Volunteer Firefighters Association's Ladies Auxiliary and the Ladies Auxiliary to the Maryland State Firemen's Association announce passing of Past President Marie Soutar this morning.
