Units were dispatched for a reported Motor Vehicle Collision in the area of Ft. Smallwood Rd. and Water Oak Pt. RD. that was quickly upgraded to a rescue box with entrapment. Units arrived to find occupants trapped in an SUV that was on its side as well as a driver trapped inside the cab of a garbage truck.
