At approx 1920 hours, E112 was dispatched as first due engine company for the second alarm for Box 20-20. The initial alarm had been dispatched about 10 minutes before with numerous calls and by the time units from company 20 had arrived on location heavy fire was showing from the house. Chief 20 then struck the second alarm. All first alarm units were utilized for fire attack. Chief 11 assumed staging officer. All second alarm units staged for approx 1 hour until being released.
