| Orchard Beach volunteers and supporters traveled south to Edgewater last Tuesday to participate in a fundraiser hosted by the Greene Turtle Bar and Grill. The restaurant generously donated a portion of the days profits to the Orchard Beach VFD. The volunteers and patrons ate some GREAT food and had a lot of fun. We would like to express our gratitude to the Greene Turtle for hosting this event. It was an incredible change of pace for the volunteers to sit back, relax, and socialize during one of our fundraisers (normally we're the ones doing all the work!) A special thanks to Matt and Crystal from the Greene Turtle who both made it a very enjoyable experience. |
