Around 1900hrs units from the Second Battalion were dispatched for a reported Dwelling Fire on Johnson Rd. in the 13-02 box area. Engine 131 arrived first reporting heavy fire from side (A). Engine 112 (4with1) arrived a shortly after with the Officer assuming command. With 3 Engine companies on scene (and only 6 firefighters not including the P.O) Command split the crews with 1 firefighter from Eng 11 pairing up with the crew from Eng 13 to make the interior attack. The other Firefighter teamed up with the firefighter from Medic 11 to pull a second line to back up the interior crew. Several additional units were requested bringing Squad 11 to the scene. Once on scene the Squad crew was assigned R.I.T. duties
